Terms

Subject to credit approval. Online orders may be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

New Accounts

To obtain an open account, you must submit three trade references. Otherwise, send order amount plus an estimated additional 10% of the order to cover shipping costs.

Minimum Order

We cannot ship any order under $35 total order value. International orders $150 minimum.

Freight Policy

We will allow freight on all orders of $475 or more. Continental US only. The order must be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. A copy of the freight bill showing the amount deducted must accompany your remittance. All truck orders sent freight collect. Continental U.S.A. only. Air shipments not included. F.O.B. Bristol, PA.  Shade orders - freight allowance of 10% of invoice value or freight, whichever is less.

Truck Shipments

Liability with truck shipments cease when signed for by the pick-up driver. On receipt of shipment, have delivery driver sign freight bill noting damage to protect your claim. Please notify carrier at once.

C.O.D. Shipments

Drop shipment service is not available on C.O.D. orders. Refunds available only upon request.

United Parcel/FedEx Deliveries

Should damage occur, accept shipments and advise us at once. We will issue credit, or if you wish, re-ship. Do not refuse carton(s).

Claims

Must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

Returned Merchandise

We will not accept any returned merchandise without our written permission.

Pricing

Under present conditions, prices are subject to change without notice. With our new “Price Protection” we will meet or beat any competitor’s prices. Please fax competitors printed price to (215) 785-1651. Item must be the same quality and manufacturer. We reserve the right to decline if necessary.

Counter Pick-up

We welcome our customers to visit and pick-up their order.

24 Hour Shipping

We guarantee to ship your order within one business day from the time of the order. If not, we pay the freight charges.

Cancellations

A coordinated effort will be made, however we can not be held responsible for cancellations.

Additions to Existing Orders

We will endeavor to comply. However, if not possible within the scope of our operation, the addition will be treated as a separate order subject to the terms and conditions.

The products in this catalog and online are shown for identification purposes only and do not necessarily represent the product of any specific supplier or company.

New Items

For your convenience, we have marked new items for quick identification.

Backorders

If your invoice/packing list shows an item back-ordered ($10.00 minimum), we will ship it within a short period of time, and we pay the freight. Please specify if you do not want back orders. Airfreight is not included. C.O.D. B/O’s must be a $20.00 minimum. Customer is responsible for C.O.D. fee from UPS. Shades and loaders are not eligible for freight on backorders.
