How long does it take to process an order?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $35.00 total order value.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Yes, we have a 200 page color catalog. Please click the “Request a Catalog” tab on our home page. You can also download a pdf on our home page (bottom left).

Do you have a freight prepaid policy?
Our freight policy on hardware is $475 total order value, no freight charges. If the order has shades on it then we allow a 10% credit towards the freight charges (must meet $475 total order value).

How do you ship orders?
We ship via UPS or FedEx for ground orders. Larger shipments (truck orders) go LTL on a common carrier.

Who do you sell to?
We are a wholesale distributor, so we sell to businesses. If you are a retail customer, please click the tab on the bottom left of our home page.

Can customers pick up their order?
Yes, we welcome any customer to visit our Bristol, PA facility.

What happens with backordered items (items out of stock)?
We will place these on backorder here and ship them within a short period of time.

Do you have any specials or promotions?
Please check with our “Monthly Promotions” tab at the top of our home page. We run specials often here.

Can you get items not listed on your website?
Yes, we can special order many items that are not listed on our site. Please inquire at the “Contact” tab by either e-mail or telephone. We encourage this as we aspire to be the most complete lamp and lighting supplier.

What type of payment do you require?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also can ship via C.O.D. or check in advance.

Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes, most of our products have discounted prices set up for volume ordering. If you have a large quantity, please contact us directly for better pricing.

How do you show or highlight new products?
New items will be listed in the “Featured Products” section of our home page.
